It’s funny that there is this stigma that “oh your mom still packs your lunch” “does your laundry for you” among young-adult to adult men. But then it’s completely fine and socially acceptable that your wife packs your lunch and does your laundry, or if you pay a maid for cleaning services. Like socially it is acceptable to encourage men to find a partner who performs this labour. In fact, men are proud of this attribute when it comes to their partners. When in effect, it’s a transition from your mother taking care of you to your wife taking care of your man-child self.
